Rosario National High School adheres to the DepEd Order 41

series of 2012 wherein there should be no collection policy in
every aspect on the learning process of the learners. It is
stressed in the order that in no case shall non-payment of
voluntary school contributions or membership fees shall be
made as a basis of admission, non-promotion, or non-issuance
of clearance to a student by the school concerned. Any actions
against the DepEd order should be reported to the authority,
wherein immediate action should be done.
