7th December 2016 to till date.

JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management, Project Monitoring, Project Planning, Risk Assessment & Result oriented for
Construction activities i.e. Tower Foundations, Tower Erection, Stringing for 132kV, 220 kV & 400kV
and Construction of Sub-Station 132/33 kV and Control Room Building as well as Staff Quarters etc.

 Develop project plans and work with other teams to build objectives and calculate time
frames for various stages of the project.
 To plan, organize and execute the assigned project as per technical specifications, identifying
and segregating the scope of project.
 Closely monitor on-site work activities to ensure effective resource utilization and thereby
maximize the output.
 Administer and regulate performance of contractors, enforcing compliance on contract
terms, rules and regulations.
 Monitor schedules and budgets and prepare status reports accordingly.
 Independently apply the Contract Management tools and techniques to the assigned projects
 Deliver completion of work on sites as per design / schedules / contract terms
attend meetings to resolve any disputes with client and find optimal solutions.
 Highlight any deviation/variation in lines with schedule and cost variances with all
supporting documents for approvals
 Coordinate with client/developers/contractors & provide all detailed documents necessary
for release of payments/billing.
 To follow up project method statement, quality plan, safety plan and risk assessment
accordingly to the project requirements and specifications.
 Managing, supervising and execution of works on site with contractor management.
 Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors,
consultants, co-workers and clients
 Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems, trouble
shooting managing budgets and other project resources
