please return the financial statements to us together with your relevant notes, or make an
appointment to see us in this regard.

The following Certificates and Minutes are attached and must be signed by you and returned to
us.
1. Minutes and Attendance Register of the Trustees meetings.
2. Management Representation.

These Certificates and Minutes are required to keep the records of the Trust up to date in
accordance with legal requirements.
