Coordinator of effective immediately in addition to your regular work loads.
You are ecpected to perform the duties and responsibilities attached to your
designation and such other related functions as maybe assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develops strategic plans and objectives by researching statistics and related data and
providing data and analysis for internal and external reporting.

2. Developing and reviewing data collection and performance metrics by utilizing advanced
process tools to measure, analyze, measurably improve and control organizational
development processes.

3. Interacting with departments, coordinating project activities and working with departments
and outside agencies.

4. Coordinates performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all
levels of management and employees ,reviewing progress and reported data.
