As you can judge from my enclosed CV I possess extensive experience of working with high as well as
low voltage applications. I can perform maintenance service or repairs to a wide variety of electrical
circuits and furthermore have the ability to resolve inter-departmental issues at the Leadership level and
at the Craft level. My key areas of expertise include, but are not limited to the following;

Monitoring jobs in progress and inspecting completed projects.

Developing operational plans that align with business objectives.

Keeping an eye on staff performance and ensuring that proper procedures are being followed.

At my present place of work I am primarily in charge of managing the performance of employees

through goal setting, ongoing assessment and coaching. Aside from this I also maintain the upkeep of
assigned equipment, investigate workplace accidents and am the main point of contact for senior
managers.
