POSITION SUMMARY
Please provide a brief description of your position’s general purpose.
An entrepreneur by heart looking for opportunities within the PKG domain to expand the portfolio of the group while
using the expertise, capabilities, and capacities we possess. He/she must be motivated to understand and learn about
all aspects of a business to meet the requirements of any project assigned.
A self motivated and potential leader with the ability to manage multiple projects as his/her own and drive them to
completion. Should be confident about him/herself and commitments made to be able to exude the same while
speaking to our stakeholders including customers and suppliers. Delegate activities to the appropriate positions within
the group for completion of tasks with set up of metrics for the CMDoffice.

Assisting CMD:
● Assessing opportunities, exploring agreed ones, detail study, creating tasks, and following
up till completion.
● Being the CMD’s representative on various projects. (Collecting / Using data from various
sources and team members and putting measurement metrics in place followed by

compiling and analyzing the same).
● Presentations, profiles, draft emails, etc.
● Assisting CMD with strategic customer connect and making sure the Sales team works on
agreed tasks prior and post discussions with such customers.
● Voice his / her opinion on topics & ideas discussed by the board of directors.
Supporting Sales:
● Creating/ compiling data & innovative marketing tools for improved efficacy.
● Being the bridge between International subsidiary sales teams and the back office.

● Updating strategic products for sale & their cost.
● Assessing team goals to appoint Alliance Partners.
● Arranging/preparing and providing sales with data needed.
Company Projects:
● Planning and creating a multi-cultural and multi-geographical team at Pai Kane. being
the bridge between the Human capital team and the user teams, working with selecting
E 30% and assisting interns, and trainees, assessing their progress, and generally allocating
projects and monitoring them.
● Assist the various departmental leader in any improvement/strategic project started by
the CMD’s office.
Maintaining Documentation (Intranet):
M 10%
● Upkeep of data for Sales & operations on the Intranet
Digital Marketing:
● Assessing digital marketing needs & website activities.

● Design of leaflets, brochures, technical brochures, intro letters, profiles, and presentations.
(Execution to be done by external companies)
Miscellaneous:

● Strong problem-solving ability, should be calm when faced with a problem.

Inability to perform in this position would increase the workload of our CMD and result in him engaging his time in
activities that could have been taken care of by the EA.
