DIVISION STATION
HIGHLIGHTS
The division stations across Lubbock are proving their effectiveness
as the city saw a drop of 23% in overall crime from 2022 to 2023. The
building of these division stations was with the sole goal of improving
the department’s effectiveness regarding community policing – a goal
that has been met and is evidenced by the drop in these numbers.
While each division station is similar in its floor plan and overall
make-up of employees, from a Deputy Chief and Lead Administrative
Assistant, to the Lieutenants, Sergeants, Corporals and Officers, the
communities they serve all have different needs; which were met by
the men and women who serve them.
