Sillicon Valley like another world adapted for work in
Californie.This is where the biggest companies was bornt.
Apple,Twitter,Google and Facebook are in. These different
companies are based there for different reasons, which I'll tell
you about.

AVANATGES :
First of all, companies in Sillicon Valley make everything for
you can not leave a workplace.
So most works councils offer worker an exceptional working
environment with nap areas, chair massages, beanbag lounge
like Linkedin for Exemple .
Sillicon Valley companies also offer other perks for your
housework like a laundry service,Catered meals more a Child
Care . That way you spend as little time as possible at home.
Secondly, the avereige annual salary in Sillicon Valley is very
high, averaging ninety-seven thousand for each worker. This is
because all head offices are locaytèd there, making it a global
command pole. Salaries are so much higher but the cost of
living too. For Exemple : The averaige rent for a single
apartment is three thousand euros a month.
INCONVENIENT :
That's a lot of reasons to join the Sillicon Valley, and many
people have understood this. More than three million people
have joind the Sillicon Valley. However, so many people create
a big pollution every morning with lots of traffic jams. Which
is normal with so many people on the road to go work. This is
a major problem these days.

And that's not all: once you're at work, you're in an extremely

tiring placis. Either you work hard, or you sink. It's the law of
Silicon Valley. Most worker even become a « Workaholic ». Or
work Addict. . Wich also means you spend long hours on the
screen.

This dédication to work auto-ma-ticolly distancis you from

your family.
As i said before in the vidéo, everything is designeid to keep
you at work and not talking to your lovdd ones.

The Sillicon Valley is a wonderful placis to work and make a
lot of moneyt but you have to be careful don’t push the limits
too far
for physical and mental health.
