CPR PROCEDURE

-For One and Two Rescuer(s) -

CPR is a crucial skill that can make a significant impact on the outcome of
someone’s life. Its most important to maintain the blood circulation, provide oxygen
to vital organs, and increase the chances of survival until professional medical help
arrives like the ambulance.

While waiting for the ambulance to arrive, tilt the
injured persons head and check for breathing. Make
sure the tongue isn’t blocking the airway. If there is
no breathing, perform mouth-to-mouth, making sure
there are no gaps in the procedure.

the chest up and down by about 4-5cm. Make sure to
do this 30 times, then do 2 mouth-to-mouths, repeat
this process until breathing reoccurs*

*IF continued action is done again and again but there is no response, use the defibrillator if one is available,
otherwise, you will need to wait for the ambulance.
