Subject : Letter Regarding Extension of Definitive Agreement Signing

Date Deadline

Following the signing of the Minutes of Negotiation Agreement of The Commercial terms
for Lot H6 Bali Project No. 002/BA-KEKS/DP/HIN/I/2024 and No. 07, dated 26 January
2024 (Minutes of Agreement), and referring to PT Simplr Medika International’s (PT
SMI) Letter dated 23 April 2024, we understand that PT SMI is requesting a further 90
calendar days extension from the current 25 April 2024 deadline for signing the Definitive
Agreement (i.e., Land Lease Agreement).

Considering the reasons provided and pursuant to Clause 7 and 9 (2) of the Minutes of
Agreement which states that the parties will discuss in good faith regarding the Definitive
Agreement, we hereby approve an extension of the Definitive Agreement Signing Date
Deadline to be 90 calendar days from the current 25 April 2024 deadline for signing the
Definitive Agreement, which will fall in 25 July 2024.

Nevertheless, HIN requests for both parties to give and make sure their maximum effort
to sign the LLA within 30 calendar days from 25 April 2024. Please be reminded that
pursuant to Clause 9 (a) and (b) of the Minutes of Agreement, if PT SMI fails to fulfill the
conditions to sign the Definitive Agreement: (i) obtain the corporate approval of PT SMI to
sign the Definitive Agreement and deliver and (ii) complete the documents required to be
submitted by PT SMI to HIN as stipulated in Point 4 and Appendix 2 of the Term Sheet,
within 90 calendar days from 25 April 2024, then PT SMI is not entitled to request to
refund the booking fee.

We also attach our corporate approval documents to sign the Definitive Agreement as
evidence that we have fulfilled the conditions set out in Clause 5 (b) of the Minutes of
Agreement.

We sincerely request your kind cooperation to ensure that the newly granted due date is
met. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
