RESPONSIBILITIES
REGIONAL COUNCIL PRESIDENT

- Approval of Documents and Budget Proposal

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT FOR ACADEMICS

- Promulgate academic events and initiatives that will foster the academic excellence of
JPIAns

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT FOR NON-ACADEMICS

- Promulgate non-academic events and initiatives that will foster the skills, talents and well-
roundedness of JPIAns

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT FOR MEMBERSHIP

- Database administrator of all the accredited member of the Region for the current federation
- Responsible for releasing certificates
- Responsible for procurement of awards (plaques, trophies, medals)
- Responsible for setting deadlines of requirements in every event
- Responsible for making the masterlist of participants in every event

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT FOR FINANCE

- Create accurate minutes of the meeting

- Responsible for preparation of packets
 HOUSE RULES
1. No sending of emails to the Local Chapters and other external parties beyond 9:00 PM and before
8:00 AM

2. Officers who were absent in the meeting without valid reason and prior notice to the Secretary
General of such absence shall

3. Let’s develop a healthy working environment. As much as possible, avoid creating separate group
against another REO

4. Always help each other in everything, if you can.

5. All issues and problems of the Regional Council should be contained within the Council only.
