you would do differently?

During this class, there was a dispute between two

children at the beginning, and one little girl started
crying. I took her to the restroom to wash her face,
comforted her, and then brought her back to class.
Upon learning that she often argues with her desk
mate, I suggested her discuss a seat change with the
homeroom teacher after class. During the class,
another child struggled to focus on learning and
disrupted other students. I had him stand at the back
of the classroom for half the class until he promised
to concentrate. Afterward, he returned to his seat
and behaved well until the end of class.
