We had filed the additional information in Compliance to the Record of Proceedings (RoP) of
the hearing held on 29th May, 2020 through the CERC e – filing portal with diary date.
24.12.2019. The acknowledgement no. generation date is 23.06.2020.
Thereafter, we approached the Registry of CERC for filling the hard copy of the above
additional submission, but were told that physical filing of the hard copy was not being
accepted. The Registry of the Commission has started accepting hard copies of the e- filing
Petitions, Additional information & Rejoinder as per CERC’s notice dt. 19.08.2020.
Our office has been functional with only limited staff due to Covid-19 pandemic and
naturally there were unavoidable delays beyond our control. However now that some of the
staff members have started attending their duties, we are in a position to file the original
paper book along with duly signed Vakalatnama /Power of Attorney, etc. with the
resumption of normal working of our office.
In view of the above, we request you to kindly condone the delay in filing the hard copy of
the above additional submission before the Registry and accept the same.
Please find enclosed the hard copy of the additional submission.
