I am herewith attaching my Resume to apply for a suitable post. Firstly I would like to introduce myself
as a MD (Indo-Allopathy) and have done my Physician Assistant course at Quality Care India Limited,
Hyderabad.

I am specialized in Cardiology and was placed in the Intensive Cardiac Care Unit as Senior Resident for 5-
yrs. I was also heading the Physician Assistant Program in Care Foundation. My role in PA-Program was
to train the PA-Clinical skills and emergency handling (first response team). I had an opportunity to work
as Clinical research Associate in almost 10-FDA clinical trials. I was an external faculty for Cardiology in
Dr Reddy’s Foundation for Health Education. For about 5-yrs I was heading the Clinical division of Care
Rural Health Mission, (covered 2-million Chronic disease patients in 300+ villages) in which I had handled
the Clinical training of nurses and Doctors CMEs on evidence based medicine in Chronic disease
management. Designed database protocols for studying Chronic diseases. Establishing rural health
clinics with telemedicine based set-up and continuing affordable medical services for chronic disease
patients.
