Composition of a Project Team

We (Ayush Raj, Smurthi Ananya Das, Ranu Dange & Ankit Shrivastava) together make a NGO
with name “Shakti Skill Society” From this NGO, we will request to MoRD for grant to
implement skill development training to women farmers under Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran
Pariyojana for empowerment of women farmer of Sheopur and Shivpuri district of Madhya
Pradesh. Registration of our NGO is made under ……. Act of Firms and Society of Madhya
Pradesh.

2. Project ideas generated by the team and the rationale behind such ideas (problems/
dream/ vision/ opportunity, etc.)

We together thought how we can empower of women farmer. Then we came on conclusion
that firstly we have to make a NGO and then we will provide skill development training to
rural women under MKSP. We had approach to Registrar Firms and Society, Madhya
Pradesh for registration of our NGO and made by-laws. After approval from registrar we had
a right to organize legal training in any sector. So to fulfill our team vision i.e. to empower
women farmer by providing them skill training under MKSP, we had submitted our proposal
to MoRD for giving skill training under MKSP of Sheopur and Shivpuri district of Madhya
Pradesh. So that women of that area could be empowered in terms of socially, economically
and digitally.

Problems:
 Major problem to achieve our idea is to approval of registration of a NGO.
 Another problem is to approve our project from MoRD and achieve grant from
there.
 One the major problem of our project will be to acquire good skill trainer for
training of rural women.

Dream and Vision:


Our dream and vision is to empower rural women in terms of socially and financially.

3. Choice of final project concept

a) Process/ approach adopted with details


Firstly we have to register a NGO. Then after registration we will do a
detailed study of Madhya Pradesh to select district for run this project. After
selection of district we will survey in that district to select the block &
beneficiary of that project and then we will make a proposal and submitted
to MoRD. After approval of our proposal and we will receive our 1st
installment, after that we will create a training center and will hire trainer
and other staff for operation and after that will start mobilization and
registration of beneficiary and then we will start training.

Environmental sustainability of the Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Pariyojana

contributing to their mission of empowering women in agriculture.

7. Team member’ Roles and responsibility and financial achievement


Our primary role is to empower women by creating Training Center, hiring trainer and
other staff and monitor the project.
Responsibility is to manage source of fund.
Being a part of NGO’ board members, each project gives us a net profit of minimum
30%, which means 30% of total project cost. It varies in figures approx. Rs. 1.2 Cr to Rs. 2
Cr depending upon project cost i.e. Rs. 4 Cr to Rs. 7 Cr. Which means our NGO’s yearly
income will be Rs 40 – 70 Lakhs per year from single project.
