Struggling
with your
WTF eSIM?
This guide
will help you
through the
process.
Before we
start, make
sure your
internet
connection
is stable.
We recommend
using a Wi-Fi
connection.
How to
activate the
eSIM?
You have two
options.
1. Install by
scanning the QR
Code (if you
have the code on
another screen
to scan)

2. Install
manually
(if you are
unable to scan
the QR Code)
1. QR Code installation

Make sure you have

the code on another
screen to scan it
with your smartphone
camera.

After that:
1. Open the confirmation
email we have sent you by
the purchase time

2. Scan the QR Code on

the phone you will be
installing the eSIM

3. Follow the onscreen

instructions to complete
the installation

4. Turn on data roaming

and you are good to go!
2. Manual installation

Install the eSIM

manually on your
smartphone’s
settings.

Follow the
IOS / Android
instructions
according to
your smartphone
manufacturer.

1. Go to Settings
> Mobile Data

2. Tap “Add eSIM”

3. Now tap
“Use QR Code”
 IOSHOWTOINSTALL

4. Tap “Enter
Details Manually”
 IOSHOWTOINSTALL

5. Insert the SM -
DP Adress and the
Activation code
Both codes were sent to
you on the confirmation email.

6. Select
“Add Data
Plan” and wait
 IOSHOWTOINSTALL

7. Label your data

plan. We suggest
“eSIM WTF”
 IOSHOWTOINSTALL

8. Set a primary
line for messages
and calls
 IOSHOWTOINSTALL

9. And a primary
line for iMessage
and Facetime
 IOSHOWTOINSTALL

10. Select the

data plan you will
be using
Make sure you choose your WTF data plan

Don’t forget to turn off “Allow Mobile

Data Switching” to avoid additional
roaming charges.

11. Unlock the

eSIM by entering
the PIN Code
The PIN was sent to
you on the confirmation
email.

12. Now, return to

Settings and tap
“Mobile Data”

13. Select your

WOO eSIM card
 IOSHOWTOINSTALL

14. Turn on “Data

Roaming”. And
your WOO eSIM is
ready to use!

1. Go to Settings
> Connections

2. Tap “SIM Card

Manager”

3. Under eSIM,
select “Add eSIM”

4. Now, tap
“Scan QR code
from service
provider”

5. Tap“Enter
activation code”
 ANDROIDHOWTOINSTALL

6. Paste the LPA

codeand confirm by
selecting “Connect”
The LPA code was sent to you
on the confirmation email.

7. Tap “Add” and

wait. Then, unlock
the eSIM by entering
the PIN Code
Find the PIN Code on the
confirmation email.

8. Tap on your
new eSIM

9. Label your
data plan by
taping “Name”
We suggest “eSIM WOO”.

10. Under Preferred

SIMs tap “Mobile
Data”
 ANDROIDHOWTOINSTALL

11. Select your

eSIM WOO
 ANDROIDHOWTOINSTALL

12. Select
“Change”
 ANDROIDHOWTOINSTALL

13. Now, return to

Setting and tap
“Connections”
 ANDROIDHOWTOINSTALL

14. Tap “Mobile networks”

 ANDROIDHOWTOINSTALL

15. Turn on Data

Roaming
And your WOO eSIM
is ready to use!
FAQs
Does my eSIM
WTF have an
expiration
date?
Your WTF card is
valid for 30 days
from the time of
installation. If you
reach the limit and
you want to continue
using it,
don’t worry: head to
esim-europe.com
and buy a new one.
I need to check
the available
internet left.
How can I do it?

Type *111#
and a pop
up with the
available
Internet and
Minutes/SMS
balance will
appear on
the screen.
