iPhone Intelligent Hub
Enrollment Instructions,
formerly called AirWatch
Before starting the Hub Enrollment
1. Accounts and passwords required to enroll – Please have/know before
enrolling
a. Apple ID and Password:
i. To create a new Apple ID or reset password: https://appleid.apple.com/
ii. Apple ID information: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203993
b. Eaton employee number: this is your E or C number and will be used as your
“Username” during the enrollment.
c. Your current Eaton network password (the one utilized to log in, when booting up your
Eaton PC)
d. Passcode (used to unlock the iPhone screen)

2. Eaton Visitor Network – Your iPhone cannot be connected to the Eaton Visitor
network during enrollment
a. Check if your iPhone is connected to the Eaton Visitor Network
i. Tap “Settings”
ii. If Wi-Fi shows “EatonVisitor” you will need to “Forget the Network”

iii.
iv. To “Forget the Network”
1. Tap “Settings”
2. Tap “Wi-Fi EatonVisitor”
3. Tap the (i) to the right of “EatonVisitor”
4. Tap “Forget this Network”
5. Tap “Forget”

3. Check iOS version – Hub requires iOS 12 or above


a. Tap “Settings”
b. Tap “General”
c. Tap “About”
d. Check the “Version” - If less than iOS 12 you must upgrade prior to enrolling with
Intelligent Hub: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204

4. Two Device Limit


a. Eaton employees can enroll up to two devices

b. To remove a mobile device from Hub you can use the Intelligent Hub (AirWatch) Self-
Service Portal to delete a device (this will remove all Eaton content from the device
while leaving personal content intact).

• Corporate –

• Corporate Owned:

• Employee Owned:

Troubleshooting
If email does not start syncing after 10 minutes:

• Tap: “Settings”
• Tap: “Mail, Contacts, Calendars
• Tap: “AW Eaton Exchange”
• Tap: “your email address”
• Enter your Eaton network login password in the password prompt.
• Tap: Done
• Go to your home screen and tap the Mail icon
o Refresh the screen once every couple or minutes for 10 minutes or until email syncs.

If email still does not sync, open an IT Service Catalog Ticket:

• From JOE choose "IT SERVICE CATALOG" in "My Applications"


• Select "Phone, Communication and Conferencing Services"
• Under "Mobile Services" select "Mobile Devices"
• Select "Hub Enrollment Issues (formerly AirWatch)"
• Select "Hub Enrollment Issues" form link at bottom page
Fill out the information on the form and Click "Submit"
