Fresh salmon
2 packages of Sushi rice
2 Avocados
Spring onions
6 Radishes
1 big cucumber
2 carrots
Peas

Description
Meal prep
1. Wash your rice 3 times and prepare it for cooking in
water
2. Cook the rice for 15 minutes
3. Wash all your vegetables and peel the carrots and
avocados
4. Cut all your vegetables into shapes you want
5. Roast the carrots and peas with olive oil and soy sauce
and a pinch of salt
6. Roast your salmon on a pan with honey and lemon.
Roast it for 7 minutes
7 Put the rice into a bowl and arrange the vegetables and
salmon on top of the rice
8.Prepare your sauce - mix mayo with a lot of soy sauce
and add garlic
9. Add the sauce to the bowl and sprinkle it with sesame
10. Enjoy your Poke Bowl!
