My name is Mayerly Gutiérrez Rivera, I am 19 years old, I am studying


organization of events in the SENA, I am studying gastronomy in COTEL
and I am aslo work. I am single and I currently live with my parents and
brothers(a sister and a brother). I from colombian and I live in San
francisco Neighborhood. I was born in the 27th of may on 2000 and I
don´t have children.
I dream with travel to diferentes places. I like much to listen to music,
draw, dance and sing, aslo I like read some books.

 1 Green papaya
 10 Higos
 10 Almojábanas
 3 Panelas

DIRECTIONS
1.Wash your hands and after wash the feedstock.
2. Drain the lemons in the hot water for half hour,
3,Then this out and dried.
4. It is cut in two and the pulp is taken out.
5. Peel the Green papaya, and this cut in Slim chops.
6. Then this chops is pass for hot wáter to remove the bitter taste.
7. The brevas is pass for hot water, it is slipt for cross in the wide part, without separate.
8. Prepare the “melado” with the water and panela.
9, Add the “melado” all fruits and to leave for 20 minutes. Stir with wood of spoon.
10. By last add the almojábanas al melado, and grate the cheese and put just in the momento server
