Student :: Create Project Group


Steps Involved To Create Project Group
Academic Year, Semester, Program & Year is taking as By Default Which is Current

Select Project Format

Select Project Type

Select Project Category

Select Start Date

Select Co-Guide

Enter External Guide Name

Enter External Guide Contact Number

Enter External Guide Email

Select Company Name

Select Domain

Enter Project Title


Enter Project Objective

Enter Project Scope

Click on Add Button

Once Project Group Created Student Can See Project Group Card

Note : This project group should be approved by Guide.


Student Can Join Created Project Group By Using Group Code

Note: Student Can Invite More Students in Project Group by Sending Joining
Code to the Students

Click on Join Group

Enter Join Code


Click On Fetch

After Fetch

Select Assigned to (One Student of the Project Group Member)

Enter Start Date

Enter End Date

Enter Start Time

Enter End Time

Select Attachment

Add
Note: Now Students Can Take Action on Task Added by the Instructor/Student
After Add the Task

First Task By Default in To-Do

Click on Task Name Which is listed

First Task By Default in To-Do

Click On Project Status to Change the Task Status

Enter Comments if Any

Click on Save Button

Select Filter as Required

Student can see the Group Members of Project

Student can upload the Documents of Project Which is Asked By Instructor

Click on Documentation

Click on Upload Icon


Select the File

Click on Upload Button

Student can View Their Review Which is Taken by Instructor

Click on Review

Click on Review Number

Upload the Document


Student can View Their Review Which is Taken by Instructor

Click on Review

Click on Review Number

Student Can View Obtain Rating For Review
