I declare that this portfolio presents my individual contributions to the outcomes achieved
by my Squad as well as my personal submissions. I have not copied from any other student’s

Provide a succinct justification for why you should receive the above grade. Write this for
the assessment panel – tell them why you deserve this grade.
You need to systematically address all 12 assessment criteria and provide evidence that you
have achieved the grade-level conditions of the grade you think you have achieved. For
example, if you want to achieve a Credit grade, you need to provide evidence of having met
at least the Credit-level conditions (as per the Grading Criteria matrix) of all 12 assessment
criteria. Failing to address all relevant criteria will most likely result in a lower grade. Be
realistic what you have achieved – if you are aiming too high, this will reflect on your lack of
self-awareness and may result in a lower grade.
In this part, you can refer to any work you have completed (and can provide evidence for) in
the context of this project unit. Any work completed must be available either on your
Squad’s (i) Microsoft Teams channel, (ii) Bitbucket repository, or (iii) Trello Board, or as a
task submission on OnTrack. Other locations where evidenced work can be found must have
been explicitly approved by your Project Supervisor or Academic Mentor. Work that you are
referring to that is not available in the abovementioned locations cannot be used as
evidence of your contributions (and will be ignored during the grading process).
By using learning examples from this unit, please outline how you have addressed the ULOs
for this capstone project unit. More specifically, for each of the ULOs of this unit, provide
examples that highlight the corresponding learning experiences and discuss them in the
context of the GLOs and/or CLOs of your degree course covered by this ULO.
If your learning examples do not sufficiently cover each of the ULOs, please outline how you
intend to address the corresponding gaps when completing the second capstone project
unit.
If I did the project unit again, I would do the following things differently:
Looking back, what is it that you think you could have done differently to help you achieve
the most you could in this project unit (both in terms of the unit concepts and skills, and in
terms of personal growth). How will you approach team-based projects in the future?

got out of the project unit, and how it has or will help shape you as an IT Professional.
