E ELECTRICAL GENERAL NOTES:


1. THE ELECTRICAL WORKS SHALL COMPLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THESE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. THE APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF THE
LATEST EDITION OF THE PHILIPPINES ELECTRICAL CODE (PEC). THE RULES AND
REGULATION OF THE LOCAL ENFORCING AUTHORITY AND THE REQUIREMENTS
OF THE LOCAL POWER COMPANY.

2. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, THE MINIMUM SIZE OF WIRE AND CONDUIT


SHALL BE NO. 3.50mm² (#12awg) AND 15mm (12") DIAMETER RESPECTIVELY.

3. ALL MATERIALS TO BE USED SHALL BE BRAND NEW AND OF THE APPROVED


TYPE FOR LOCATION AND PURPOSES.

4. ALL 20 AMPERE CIRCUIT HOMERUNS TO PANELBOARD, MORE THAN 30.5M


(100FT.) LENGTH SHALL BE 5.5mm², UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

5. ALL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT SHOWN ARE ONLY APPROXIMATE LOCATION,
ACTUAL SETTING CAN BE MOVED WITHIN 4.5 METERS (15FT.) AROUND WITHOUT
ADDITIONAL COST.

6. ALL NON - CURRENT CARRYING METAL PARTS OR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND


P 1 LIGHTING FIXTURES SHALL BE EFFECTIVELY GROUNDED.

7. ALL RACEWAY WALL AND FLOOR PENETRATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH FIRE
BARRIER OF THE APPROVED TYPE.

8. WHENEVER REQUIRED AND NECESSARY PULL BOXES OR JUNCTION BOXES OF


PROPER SIZES SHALL BE INSTALLED AT COVENIENT AND INSCOSPICIOUS LOCATION,
ALTHOUGH SUCH BOXES ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE PLAN NOR MENTION IN THE SPECI-
FICATIONS.

9. THE TYPE OF POWER SERVICE TO BE USED SHALL BE SINGLE PHASE (2 WIRES, 230 VOLTS,
60 HZ, AC)

10. ALL WALL OUTLETS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE FOLLOWING HEIGHT ABOVE THE FINISH
FLOOR LEVEL, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

A REGISTERED MASTER ELECTRICIAN.
