To redeem the selected item(s) with any insufficient Cash Dollars balance, the shortfall will automatically be advanced from the credit
card account ("Advance Cash Dollars"). Each credit card account is allowed to advance up to $500 Cash Dollars. To check Cash Dollars
balance, customers can log in to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call 24-Hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry
Hotline 2998 6899.

All Advance Cash Dollars must be fully settled on or before the designated date# or upon card cancellation (whichever is earlier). In case
customers cannot fully settle the Advance Cash Dollars outstanding balance, an equivalent amount of the balance plus a handling fee
(an equivalent amount of the Advance Cash Dollars outstanding balance or HKD/RMB200, whichever is higher) will be debited to the
respective credit card account by Hang Seng. Such debited amount will be deemed a Card Transaction as defined in the relevant
Cardmember Agreement.
