1) Brief explanation of the identified opportunity.
The identified opportunity is to look for better channels, taking the advantage of having a
digital bank as Billu. This is a gold opportunity to increase the customer in the digital
bank, where will be offered the insurance service of Afirme seguros, making easier the
way of contracting insurance and faster, specially for the youngs customer who needs to
not spend a lot of time buying an insurance.

Billu Bank and Afirme Seguros will partner to develop a dedicated insurance app
targeting young customer segments. The app will feature independent branding and offer
a seamless, user-friendly interface for quick insurance contracting without bureaucracy.
By integrating customer data from both companies into a unified database, we aim to
optimize data usage, enable personalized service offerings, and drive deeper customer
insights through advanced analytics and AI technologies. Targeted social media
marketing campaigns and special incentives will be utilized to promote the app, attract
potential customers, and foster customer engagement, loyalty, and retention, ultimately
driving growth and success in the digital banking and insurance markets.
