Panel Installation Styles

Waterproo ng the U-Channel

This is an important step that is often skipped.


Waterproo ng the channel makes sure there is a
strong leak proof bond.

After the concrete channel u-channel is


completely dry use epoxy resin to waterproof
the surface. The thickness of the waterproof
coating should be about 3-5 mm, after that, let it
dry. We suggest this waterproof method, three
coats and ve coating methods as shown below.

Final Sealing

1) Inject self leveling cement to support the Acrylic panel, insert the self leveling
cement on the bottom of the Acrylic panel till its level. Wait for it to dry.
2) Put the normal cement into the rabbet, ll the gap, and wait for it to dry.
3) Use the silicone to grout the rest of the panel, keeping air bubbles in mind.
