ANALOG IC & LOGIC IC

Prob 1: (2.5 point) General

What is offset current and offset voltage? Explain the reason and the place where it happen.(1.0 point)

How to adjust offset value? (0.5 point)

Differentiate the following IC – TTL, CMOS and HCMOS. Evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of the
above ICs. (1.0 point)

Prob 2: (4.0 point) Operational Amplifiers

Inverting Amplifier Non-inverting Amplifier

- Do simulattion the above circuits with Proteus tool. Observe the input waveform 𝑉𝑖𝑛 and the output
waveform 𝑉𝑜 . Determine the voltage gain AV. Sketch out the frequency response using Bode plotter. (2.5
point)
- Consider, comment and evaluate the simulation result using the software compared with the theoretical
results in above parts as well as the actual lab results. (1.5 point)

Prob 3: (3.5 point) IC logic and application

- Write the logic expression of the above circuit. What is the function of this logic circuit? (1.0 point)
- Do simulation using Proteus tool and evaluate the simulation result. (1.0 point)
- Are the simulation results are different when using different logic families? Simulation again with other
logic families if possible. Give comment. (1.5 point)

SV làm không đúng quy cách nộp bài như hướng dẫn sẽ bị trừ 1-2 điểm của bài nộp. Bài làm bị xác định “sao
chép” sẽ bị điểm 0 cho bài làm với lần thứ nhất vi phạm, lần thứ hai vi phạm thì cột điểm quá trình sẽ điểm 0.
