Lawyer Agreement letter

This agreement is made on the 3nd day of February 2023 between the Custom Department (India Zoon) and
Barrister Logan Ethan on behalf of Dr Raymond the beerier of $ 270,000USD, As the Custom Department
come to Agreement with Barrister Logan in regards to his funds Awaiting crediting into his account.

That both parties are amenable to an agreement of the fund that once the sum of Rs 145,850 is confirmed in
the account that will be given, the Custom authority will release the fund without demanding extra charges.

Therefore, the Custom Department via the office of the Crediting Unit Department and fund beneficiary (Dr
Raymond) with the aid of DILIP SHARMA whose signature is appended agreed that (Miss Abhilasha Bharal)
shall pay the Sum of Rs 145,850 for the Anti-terrorist certificate, without receiving the funds from her the
amount. Sum of $270,000USD will not be released.

Upon receiving the funds we the Custom Department shall Release and credit the sum of $ 270,000 To Dr
Raymond Account.
