Note: Arrangement of possible product launch of new model of Apple computer
As part of the agreement to comply for this Laptop Purchase Program, the customer will follow the arrangement as below if there is new product launch of Apple computer after his / her submission of purchase order
to Senco-Masslink Technology Ltd. It would ensure the delivery schedule for students on time.
(1) If customer’s ordered computer is available for delivery, his / her purchase order cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded in any case.
(2) If customer’s ordered computer cannot be fulfilled after the new product launch, Senco-Masslink will arrange its replacement new model and notify the customer accordingly. Customer is required to pay for the
price difference if the price of its replacement model increases or Senco-Masslink will refund the price difference if its price reduces.

3. Order processing time takes around 6 - 10 weeks' time counting from payment receipt date.
