How to Access a Folder Shared by Western Union thru Box

Please note that Western Union does not provide support to Box tool, however, we are sharing some
tips.

 Please click on the provided Box link shared by Western Union on the email.
 You will also receive an email with an icon that leads to the Box link:

 Click on Not a part of Western Union (make sure that you don’t click on the Continue button).

 If you don’t have an account with Box, you can create one by clicking on Sign Up button.
o Please keep following up steps below for sign up.
o If you already have one, just log in with your credentials.

 Please make sure that you when you login into Box, you use the same email
address that Western Union used to send the file/folder to. Don’t use any
other email address where Western Union didn’t send the information to.

 Select Individual Plans – Free – Sign Up:

 Enter your information as requested below.
o Make sure to click on I’m not a robot.

 You will receive an email confirmation to your mailbox:

 Go to your mailbox, look up the email sent by Box team and click on Verify Email button and
then try to login:

 You will show the WU shared file or folder, click on View Terms.

 Refresh your webpage.

 File/folder should be visible now:

How to do a Password Reset thru Box
If a password reset is needed, you can select the option Reset Password:

 Enter the affected email that you used to registered into Box:

 Please access your personal mailbox and check for the new password received.
 Trying to login again with the registered email and new password.

You should be fine after that.
