AGREEMENT FOR AN EASEMENT OF RIGHT OF WAY

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL THESE MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

Memorandum of Agreement made and entered unto by and between

Lovinda R.Reyes of legal age, Filipino married and resident of Lot 12 Block 8 ,Villa Verna
Subd .Bulacao, Talisay City ‘Philippines hereinafter refered to as FIRST PARTY

and

WITNESSETH THAT,

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY As the the true and registered owner of a certain parcel of Land more
particularly described as follows

WHEREAS the second party as the true and registered owner of a certaiin parcel of land more
particularly descrined as follows

WHEREAS , the aboved -described parcel of land belonging to the SECOND PARTY is surrounded by
the other parcel of land , including that belonging is the FIRST PARTY has no adequate outlet to a
public highway.

WHEREAS ,the SECOND PARTY had asked for a right of way passing traversing to the above described
parcel of land belonging to the FIRST PARTY and theFIRST PARTY is willing and able to provide and
grant perpetual easement of right of way in favor of the SECOND PARTY and described and marked
in the Lot Plan herein descibed and hereto attached as Annex “A” subject to the terms and condition
herein agreed upon.
