REGULARIZATION OF LAND TRANSACTIONS AFFECTING

LENSHIE FAMILY LANDS SITUATE AND LYING AT TESHIE
(RASTA), ACCRA.

Dear Mr. Asubonteng,

I write for and on behalf of the Lenshie Family of Teshie, Accra, to

formally regularize certain land transactions that have taken place
involving you and the Lenshie Family.

By this letter, the Lenshie Family of Teshie, Accra, acknowledge the

grant made the 23rd day of September, 2009 between Nii Armah
Oshinpan 1, Dzasetse, and Head of Lenshie Family of Teshie of the one
part AND Pastor John Awould Aquainas and Mrs. Happy Aquinas of the
other part.

Accordingly, the Lenshie Family of Teshie unreservedly acknowledges

and hereby regularizes the grant from Nii Armah Oshinpan 1, Dzasetse,
and Head of Lenshie Family of Teshie of the one part AND Pastor John
Awould Aquainas and Mrs. Happy Aquinas of the other part and
subsequent grant from Pastor John Awould Aquainas and Mrs. Happy
Aquinas to Mr. Eric Asubonteng.

The Lenshie Family of Teshie hereby returns to you copies of

Instruments alienating interest in land from
i. Nii Armah Oshinpan 1, Dzasetse, and Head of Lenshie Family
of Teshie of the one part AND Pastor John Awould Aquainas
and Mrs. Happy Aquinas of the other part.

other part AND Mr. Eric Asubonteng of the other part.

Please take notice and notice is hereby given that these documents
serve as evidence of the legitimate transfer of assets and the official
recognition of the grants. We kindly request that you keep these
documents in a safe and secure place for future reference.

You are to pay an annual royalty of One Thousand Ghana Cedis plus
yearly Homowo and Christmas Gifts to the Teshie Stool and annual
Ground Rent of One Thousand Ghana Cedis to the Teshie Stool,
payable yearly in advance on the 31st January of every year which
royalty and rent shall be subject to review at the end of each tenth
year of the term.
This acknowledgement and regularization is done with the consent
and concurrence of the Principal members of the said Family, whose
consent and concurrence are necessary or requisite by Customary law
for the valid grant alienation or disposition of any land or other
property of the said Family and which consent and concurrence are
hereby testified by some of the principal Members aforesaid
witnessing the execution of this document.
