DIVORCE DEED

THIS DIVORCE DEED EXECUTED on this 25th day of April, 2024 by

MUHAMMAD MUNEEB SULTAN CHEEMA S/o Chauhdry Amir Sultan Cheema R/o House
No. 161-P, Gulberg-II, Lahore (hereafter called the first party) in favour of NEHA IRFAN,
daughter of; Irfan Shaukat Shirazi resident of House No. 404 Shadman Colony No. 1, Lahore
(hereinafter called the second party).
WHEREAS the parties to this deed entered into marriage on 28.09.2016 in
accordance with Muslim Personal/Family Law.
AND FURTHER WHEREAS, unfortunately, the spouses are unhappy with each
other, for such reasons, the spouses decided to separate themselves from the marital tie and there is
no possibility of continuance/reconciliation of marriage with the limits set-forth by GOD
ALMIGHTY ALLAH.
THEREFORE, I MUHAMMAD MUNEEB SULTAN CHEEMA (first party)
hereby pronounce FIRST DIVORCE upon the second party i.e. NEHA IRFAN and disconnect
the matrimonial ties with her. The second party i.e. NEHA IRFAN is at liberty to lead her life
according to her own wishes. A notice of divorce as required under section 7 of Muslim Family
Laws Ordinance alongwith a copy of divorce deed is hereby sent to the concerned Chairman
Arbitration Counsel where the second party resides.
