Rent Agreement

This agreement is made into and executed at MandiBahauddin on 01-06-2022

Between
Mr. GhulamShabir, Holding NIC No. 34402-3462554-7, S/ORehmat Khan R/O: House No.5/332. Sufi
City road, GurahMohalah. MandiBahauddin rightful owner and in possession of a Kanal Plaza side
Register Owners of Village: PindiBahauddin, District MandiBahauddin. Survey No. 101, Sub Survey No.
436-475, Khasra No. 7591, situated at Sufi City Road MandiBahauddin.

And
Mr. IjazMehmood. Holding NIC No. 35404-0749667-5 S/O MehmoodElaai R/O Mohallah Main Bazaar,
Chowk Regel Cinema, Tehsil and District Sheikhupura "", hereinafter called the "Tenant" for the Plaza
Side.
Whereas Plaza side officially belongs to the Owner. The Owner agreed with the Tenant for execution of
a rent deed in his favor, offering to pay a sum of Rs.270,000/- (per month) by the Tenant. The Tenant
has paid Rs. 540,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred & Sixty Thousand Only) in Advance as a security to the
Owner.
 The Period of tenancy shall be of 05 years (from 01-06-2022 to 01-06-2027) shall be extendable
for further period with mutual consent of the both the parties.
 Electricity Charges consumed by the Tenant will have to pay separately on/before the due date
of electricity bill.
 Is offered as it is "State and will be returned in the same condition by Tenant on termination of
this agreement".
 Subject cannot be sublet to anyone in circumstances.
 That monthly rent shall be increased after 2 years 5% per annum.
 Tenant will not execute any modification/alteration without written consent by the Owner.
 All professional/local/federal Govt. taxes except property tax will be the responsibility of the
Tenant.
 Violation of any condition of this agreement will terminate this agreement immediately.
IN WITNESS whereof the parties above have set and subscribed their respective hands hereto sign this
agreement on 01-06-2022.
