MAKES 24 C O O K T I M E 15 mins

For my chocolate lovers, this will satisfy your chocolate cravings.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups almonds
12 soft dates (like Medjool), pitted
½ cup raw cacao powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
1-2 tablespoons water
Extra cacao powder for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a food processor, grind almonds to an almond meal texture. Add all the
other ingredients except water. Mix well. Add the water 1 tablespoon at a time
until the mixture turns into a uniform dough.
Pop in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up the dough.
Roll into 1” balls. If the mixture is too sticky, try dampening your palms with water
before rolling.
Sprinkle the extra cacao powder on a plate. Roll each ball in cacao to coat.
Store in the fridge. Keep at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
