ENGAGEMENT OF CONTRAC'T MEDICAL PRACITTIONERS ON FULL.TIME

A walk-in interview will be held from

State & Qentral Government for selection to
Bhusawal division of Central Railway for the Doctors who fuifill the-eligibitity criteria
specified below,
For CMP GDMo/cMP(Dentist) from open Market : The engagement will
be offered purely
on contract basis for a period of one year or less from tne Aite of contract, which
can be
renewed as a fresh contract on year to year basis, subject to extension of delegation
power to DRM beyond one year, not extendable beyond 12 terms or upto
of
65 years of
age or till such time Doctors selected by UPSC become available, whichever is earlier.

Eor Contract Medical Practitioners from Retired Doctors of Railwavs, State & Centr"l
Government: The engagement will be offered
one year or less from the date of contrac! which can be renewed as a fresh contract
on
year to year basis, subject to extension of delegation o-f power to DRM
beyond one year,
not extendable beyond 12 terms or attaining the age of 67 years or till such time Doctors
selected by UPSC become avaitable, whichever isLarlier.
(A) vacancies: Total vacancies notified cMp(GDMo) : 02, (uR=02, sc=oo, sr=oo &
QBC=00) & CMP(Dentist) : 01, (UR=01, SC=00, ST=00 & 0 ) which will be filled from
Open Market and from Retired Doctors of Railways, State & CentralGovernment.

Percentage of reservation between UR, SC, ST, & OBC as per recruitment rules will be
maintained.
Note:
01. Number of posts and locations are subject to change. Offer will be on the basis of
vacancies available at the time of engagement.
02. Posts indicated herein may be kept unfilled at the discretion of administration.
03. Contract can be terminated by the Railway at any time during the contract
period by giving 15 days notice without assigning any reason as per the terms and
conditions laid down vide Railway'Board's letter No,96/E(GR)il/9/16 dated 23.O2.ZOOO
and No.2008/E(GR)lt /t/L dated 76.07.z}tz,
04. CMPs who enter into contract with the Railways will not have any claim or right for
his/her continuity in service or automatic extension of the term of contract. Services
rendered as full-time contract Doctors will not have any bearing in respect of considering
of their period in regular selection through UPSC, nor will it confer any right for
regularization or absorption.

(B) Remuneration:
(a) For Open Market Candidates :

Monthly fee
(i) cMP (GDMo) Rs.75,000/- per month.
(ii) CMP(Dentist)
Rs.75,0001- per month.
If Railway accommodation
is provided, HRA and license fee of the
accommodation so provided will be deducted from the
monthly fee admissible to the
concerned Medical practitioners.

Retired Doctors ofRailways, Rs.75000/- per month (remuneration +
State &
Central Government pension drawn by retired Doctors of
engaged as CMp Railways, State & Central Govt. should not
exceed the last pay drawn ).

The Retired Doctors of Railways, State & Central Government

engaged as CMps
will be provided Railway accommodation at places where ear-marked
accommodation for -with Railway
Railway Doctors is vacant/ arailuble after meeting the residential
requirement of the serving Railway officers. In case Railway accommodltion
to the Contract Medical Practitioner (Retired Doctors of Railways, Stateis&provided
Central
Government) an amount equivalent to HRA payable to a fresh enlrant
Jr'Scale and licence fee of the Railway accommodation so provided shall
to Group .A,
be deducted
from the monthly remuneration payable to the Contract Medical practitioner.

(C) Age Limits

(i) For Open Market: Entry level age limit of candidates for appointment as
Contract Medical Practitioner is not exceeding 53 years as on L7.05.2023 i.e.
the date of notification. The maximum age limit is 65 years or L2 terms
whicheveris earlier and each term of engagement shatl not exceed more than
one year.

(ii) For Retired Doctors of Railways/ Central or State Government:- Not exceeding
67 years as 17.05.2023 i.e., the date of Notification.
The number of annual terms of engagement of retired government Doctors
engaged as Contract Medical Practitioner is 07 subject io attaining the age
limit of 67 years, whichever is earlier and each term of engagemeni shall not
exceed more than one year.
(D) Educationa I / Professional eua lifications for

i) Degree in Medicine i.e. MBBS (recognized by the Medical council o

India,
inc uded n the first or second schedule or p,art eleven, of the third schedulr
(other than the Licentiate qualifications to the Indian Medical Council Act
1956). Holders of educational qualifications in part II of the Third schedul<
should also fulfill the condition stipulated in Section 13(3) of the Indiar
Medical Council Act, 1956.

(E) Doctors serving under State/central Govt./Public Sector undertaking
