EX 5A & 5B: Marker

5A. Marker small drawings

This Exercise is an attempt to teach students different methods of independent learning applying flipped classroom learning approach. In this Exercise you
are asked to use marker medium to present a Plan and a perspective in A3 size paper after watching and carefully observing the given content and resources
about How to present interior design using Markers.

Before rendering it, it’s important to analyze the given plan and perspective, and ask yourself the following question:

• How marker is used to present different interior design details.

Both drawings should be copied and presented on one A3 size paper.

5B. The Marker Materials/ Patterns

In this Exercise you are asked to use Marker to present different materials and Patterns:

• You will be copying the materials /Patterns (wood, stone, carpet and Brick) and how it has been presented in Marker from lecture 06 that explains
the materials visually (Minimum of 12 Different types of materials)

• You will use A3 size white paper.

• Please note that you can add any other Materials/Patterns.

• Submission is on week 10 and it will be graded out of 5 marks.

Before rendering it, it’s important to analyze the previous samples, and do the following:

• How the Marker is used to present the Materials.

• The details of the Materials/ Patterns and How we present it by using Marker.
• Try many times in your sketchbook before doing it in the A3 paper.
