Nutritionist: Could you tell me what you had for breakfast yesterday?

Patient: I had a bowl of cereal and milk for breakfast, then I ate two slices of bread with jam and an
apple.

Nutritionist: What type of milk did you use for the cereal?

Patient: I used light milk

Nutritionist: How much milk did you use for the cereal?

Patient: I only used half a cup of milk.

Nutritionist: Did you eat half the apple or the whole apple?

Patient: I ate the whole apple.

Nutritionist: Did you use anything in the bread besides jam?

Patient: I added a teaspoon of unsalted butter to each slice.

Nutritionist: What did you have for lunch yesterday?

Patient: Two eggs and ham and I had a glass of lemon water

Nutritionist: Did you add oil or any type of seasoning to the eggs?

Patient: I added three tablespoons of oil and two pinches of salt, I also prepared two corn tortillas
to accompany.

Nutritionist: What did you eat in the afternoon?

Patient: I prepared a fish fillet, I steamed it, I also cut vegetables such as carrots, broccoli and
potatoes, I made a cup of white rice and I added yellow corn kernels, then with a liter of water, I
squeezed lemons and added five tablespoons of sugar to drink lemonade.

Nutritionist: How many lemons did you use?

Patient: I used six lemons

Nutritionist: Did you eat any dessert?

Patient: I bought a slice of cheese pie.

Nutritionist: What did you have for dinner?

Patient: Some chilaquiles in green sauce, with asadero cheese and refried beans.

Nutritionist: How many tortillas did you use?

Patient: I used four tortillas and 6 tablespoons of oil and four tablespoons of already prepared
refried beans and to season, I used black pepper
