Interviewer: Hi there, how were you feeling? To start off, could you tell me about
your food intake in the last 24 hours?

Patient: Well, yesterday I had breakfast at 8 in the morning. I ate a bowl of oatmeal
with fruits and drank a glass of orange juice.

Interviewer: And then what did you do for lunch?

Patient: We had lunch around 1 in the afternoon. I prepared a salad with grilled
chicken. I also had a serving of brown rice.

Interviewer: Was there anything between meals?

Patient: Yeah, in the afternoon, I had a little snack. I ate an apple and a handful of
almonds.

Interviewer: And what about dinner?

Patient: Dinner was at 7 in the evening. I baked salmon with asparagus and quinoa.
It was quite light.

Interviewer: Did you have anything after dinner?

Patient: Yes, later on, I treated myself. I had a slice of carrot cake that I had in the
fridge.

Interviewer: How about your fluid intake?

Patient: I drank water throughout the day, about eight glasses. I also had a cup of
green tea after dinner.

Interviewer: Got it. Any other details you think are important to mention?

Patient: Oh, yeah. Before going to bed, I had a glass of warm milk. It helped me
relax.

Interviewer: Perfect, thanks for sharing that. It gives us a good idea of your food
intake in the last 24 hours. Any comments or concerns you want to discuss?
Patient: No, I think that pretty much sums up my eating day. I don't have any
particular concerns at the moment.
