At Mrs.'s house. Gita, Tia her son complained of pain in his stomach and nausea for 2 days.
The pain was caused by eating acidic and spicy foods.

Pasient : mom, i feel burning in my upper abdomen

Mother: why? Since when did you feel it?

Pasient : i feel it because i ate spicy and acidic food, yesterday.

Mother: who told you to eat spicy food!

Pasient : because yesterday i feel dizzy, so i ate spicy food

Mother: ok. This afternoon we will go to the clinic. Now, i will make an a voitment to see the
doctor. (Calling the clinic)

Nurse : This is Dr. Risma clinik. May I help you?

Family : Hello I’d like to see dr Risma this afternoon.

Nurse : All right, may I know your name pease?

Family : My name is Gita but the appointment for my child. She name’s Tia

Nurse : Oh yes Mrs. Gita. This is first time for you?

Family : No, she visited Dr Risma 3 month ago

Nurse : All right. What time the best for you?

Family : At 5.00pm the best for me

Nurse : Let’s me check Dr. Risma’s scedule. Oke the Dr. Risma free at 5.00pm.

Patient : Hallo. I’m here to see Dr Risma

Nurse : What is your name?

Patient : My name is Tia

Nurse : What time is your appointment?

Patient : This morning at 11.00 am

Nurse : youre blood presure is 110/80. Oke please wait. I will call you if Dr Risma is ready

Patient : Good afternoon docter

Doctor : What is your problem?

Patient : I have got a stomachache. My stomach was burning

Doctor : How long you feel the symptom?

Pasient : Since 2 days ago, docter

Doctor : What’s causes your problem?

Pasient : I feel stomachache after ate spicy food and sour food

Dokter : oh oke, i will check your body now, please lie in the bed.

Docter : Does it hurt here?

Pasient : Yes, it’s hurt, docter

Dokter : Right now you are suffering from gastritis. It's true this disease is caused because
you eat spicy food and sour food. For now you have to eat less spicy so the pain does
not arise anymore.
