Nurse 1 : Good morning Mrs. Zechrina . My name is widiah and she’s my mates 
Nurse 2 : Good morning mrs Zechrina, my name is martina, nice to see you for the
first time .
Patient: Good morning Nurses, oh nice to see you too nurse widiah martina
Nurse 1 : Today  we’ll be looking  after you for this morning.
Patient : oh yes, thank you
Nurse 1: How are you feeling today? 
Patient: I’m feeling good. My fever has gone, but I’m a bit weak. 
Nurse 1: Have you eaten yet? 
Patient: Yes, I’ve eat this morning and take my medicine
Nurse 1: That’s great. Do you feel nausea? 
Patient: Yes, I feel nausea when I’m eating but it’s get better after I take the
medicine.

Keluarga 1 : exuse me,  why do we need to call the dockter? Does my sister needs
to get seriously handling? .
Nurse 3 : yes sir, we had seen that your sister always complain about headache, I
think that it’s because the symptomps of the disease so, we need to call
the docter to  exactly known what will we do for next.
Keluarga 1 : oh yes okay.
Keluarga 2 : How do you feel now?
Patient: The headache slowly getting better
Nurse 3: Okay then, I need to go now. I’ll inform the doctor right away

mrs Tina .
Docter : yes, how was the conditions?
Nurse 3 : this morning she was felt better but still feel nausea and a few minutes
ago her family came to me and said that the patient feel dizzy and everything her
looks circle aroung. So I’m here to knowing, what next preventive measure to
reduce tkerisk complications
Dockter : for now keep the nursing interventions, monitoring temperature, blood
pressure and always asking complaining.
