Role play :

Narrator : On March 08, 2021, a patient Mrs. Dara’s, 45 years old, coming to hospital
Raden Mattaher for follow-up consultation regarding diabetes mellitus he sufferd

(At Hospital)

Administration: Good Morning, Mrs ! can I help you?

Mrs. May : Good Morning, Mrs. I brought my mother for a follow-up consultation

Administration : Sorry, can you tell me your mother Identity ?

Mrs. May : Ny. Dara, 45 years old, and lives in Tebo

Administration : OK, mom, this is the queue number, you will call it when it’s your turn, wait
for a minute.

Mrs. May : Thank you

Administration : Your welcome

A Few moment Later

Nurse 1 :Ma’am Dara...Ma’am Dara

Patients : Yes, That’s me

Nurse 1 : Oh yes ma’am, i’m nurse Ledya, How do you feeling today?

Patients : I’m feeling my body is weak, often thirsty and hungry quickly, shivering
vomits-vomiting and I also have a history of diabetes mellitus Nurse.
Nurse 1 : Sorry, what was your previous blood sugar?

Patients : Does not know the breats, I rarely control my blood sugar

Nurse 1 : Good, I’ll excuse me ma’am

Patients : Yes, nurse

Narrator : The patient’s is waiting for the doctor to do the checkup. 10 minutes
later, the doctor’s and nurse’s entered the patient’s room

(In the room check)

Doctor : Good morning, ma’am

Patients : Good morning, doc

Doctor : What is her complaint, nurse ?

Nurse 1 : Patient’s complained of feeling weak, chills, vomiting and also a history of
diabates doc

Doctor : Okay, I’ll check first, ma’am

Narrator : The doctor is checking the patient’s heart rate using a stethoscope

Doctor : Sus, please check the patient’s vital signs and blood sugar

Nurse 1 :Yes, doc

Doctor : How much blood sugar and blood pressure?

Nurse 2 : His blood sugar level is 30mg/ll, his blood pressure is 140/100mmHg doc

Dokter : Blood sugar is very low, pepare a 25cc dex injection

Nurse 2 : Ok doc, I will prepare it,this is doc

Doctor : Ma’am, I have permission to inject the medicine, and I will prescribe the
medicine later and you can take the diapotik below

Patients : yes, docr67

Nurse 2 : This is the prescription, ma’am. Please ask the patient’s family to take a
diapotic

(at pharmacy)

Mrs. May : Excuse me,

Pharmacy : Yes, ma’am, can I help you?

Mrs. May : I’am the guardian of Mrs. Dara’s patients, I want to take medicine and this is
the prescription

Pharmacy : Oh yes, wait for a minute, ma’am

A few minuters later

Pharmacy : Is the medicine, this on is taken 3x1 liver before meals, and this 2x1 days
after eating

Mrs. May : What if the medicine runs out?

Pharmacy : Your mother must coming here again to a follow-up consultation in order to
get further prescription, ma’am

Mrs. May : Ok, thank you

Narrator : A few minute later, Mrs. Dara’s paying all the administration in cashier.
After that, Mrs.Dara’s and his family go to home.
