As you are aware the bank periodically reviews the performance of individualemployees against the
set targets, so as to identify any gap and take corrective action in order to achieve organizational
objectives.
It has been Communicated to you that your overall performance over a period of time has not
improved,and is currently not in line with the expectation of the management.As an organization we
belive in performance oriented culture and hence will not tolerate nonperformance

In the circumtances you are urged to focus on your performanceand show significant improvement in
your performance in the days to come.The Bank would extend support to you in this endeavor.
Accordingly, it has been exceptionally decided by the Bank togrant you an opportunity to improve your
performance over the next three months i.e upto 03-Nov-2023,duringwhich time your performance
would be closely monitored.You are hereby notified, that in case you fail to meet productivity
Benchmark norms,as defiend , in the afore stated period, this letter shall be deemed as adequate
notice as per your agreement of employement,for having failed to perform your part of the contract of
employement,or the Bank would be constrained to initiate stern action as deemed neccessary.
