Students must comply with the instructor's rules and guidelines for assignments and

exams and take responsibility for their own work. Each assignment will have clear
instructions regarding collaboration. If there are no instructions, students should
assume the work must be completed independently. Academic dishonesty includes
cheating on exams or assignments, any form of plagiarism (including improper
citation), having someone else complete work on one's behalf, or claiming another's
work as one's own. Violations of academic integrity will result in a failing grade. If
unsure about what constitutes Academic Misconduct, students should ask the
instructor before submission. While some course materials may be available online,
students are not authorized to copy, sell, or distribute them. Selling or distributing
materials violates the student code of conduct, including lecture notes, code, videos,
or homework assignments.
