 The timings for the examination sessions have been fixed so that the students can use the
12.30 pm bus service to return home. This has been organised to comply with the
requirements of the Police Traffic Department.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT EXAMINATIONS


1. After the 1st examination paper, all students must go to the Green Patch outside the Basketball
Court.
2. 10 minutes before the 2nd examination, students MUST proceed to the classrooms assigned
to them for their 2nd examination.
3. If a student is late for the 2nd paper, NO extra time will be given to him/her to
complete the paper. It is the responsibility of the students to be ON TIME for the
2nd examination.
4. Students MUST use a BLACK LEXI BALL POINT PEN which will be provided by the
school.
5. Students are requested to carry some study material to revise for the next day, in-case they are
waiting to board the 12.30pm school bus while going home.
6. USING UNFAIR MEANS WILL DEBAR THE STUDENT FROM APPEARING FOR
THE REMAINING EXAMINATION PAPERS. Further, the student will be given a
‘ZERO’ for the Examination. No further discussions regarding the same will be entertained.
7. School buses will operate on examination days in the morning as usual.
8. Students should carry dry snacks and enough water.
9. Stationery box should contain the following items:
a. Black LEXI ball point pens. & 2B black pencil, eraser, ruler.
b. No Stapler, No Correction fluid or correction tape will be allowed.
10. All Stationery items should be carried in a transparent pouch.
11. Clipboards if used should be transparent.
12. Regular denim school uniform to be used on examination days.
13. No Smart/ Digital watches should be worn.
14. No mobile phones to be carried to school.
