3. Method of Disassembly and Assembly
3-1 Side Cover
3-1-1 Disassemble the side cover
Step 1. Remove the 8 screws (red circles) as the figure 1 indicates.

Step 2. Remove the side cover in the direction of the arrow, as figure 2 indicates.

3-1-2 Assemble the side cover
Step 1. Assemble the side cover in the direction of the arrow, as figure 1 indicates.

Step 2. Tighten the 8 screws (red circles), as figure 2 indicates.

3-2 Motor and Bracket Module (021-T10003-000)
3-2-1 Disassemble motor and bracket module
Step 1. Remove motor and bracket module in the direction of arrows

1. Remove the 8 screws on both sides and top side of the side cover.

2. Detach the V-Belt.

3. Remove the screws of the pulley for driver.

4. Remove the pulley of driven, e-ring and graphite washer in the direction of the arrow.

5. Remove the 6 screws on both side of the main bracket.

6. Detach the cable of motor in the direction of the arrow.

7. Detach the motor and bracket module in the direction of the arrow.

Step 2. Detach the motor from the bracket

1. Remove the 4 screws (red circles) from the motor and bracket module.

2. Detach the motor from the bracket in the direction of the arrow.

3. Remove the screw from the belt pulley.

4. Detach the belt pulley from the motor in the direction of the arrow.

3-2-2 Assemble motor and bracket module
Step 1. Attach motor to the bracket in the direction of the arrow.

1. Attach the belt pulley to the motor in the direction of the arrow.

2. Tighten the screws of the belt pulley.

3. Attach the motor to the motor bracket in the direction of the arrow.

4. Tighten the screws of the motor and bracket module.

Step 2. Assemble motor and bracket module

1. Attach the motor and bracket module in the direction of the arrow.

2. Plug in the cable of motor in the direction of the arrow.

3. Tighten the 6 screws on both sides of main bracket.

4. Assemble the graphite washer, e-ring and pulley of driven in the direction of the arrow.

5. Tighten the screw of pulley for driver.

6. Assemble the V-belt.

7. Tighten the 8 screws on both side and top side of the side cover.

3-3 Main Board Module (021-T10001-000)
3-3-1 Disassemble the main board module
Step1. Disassemble the main board

1. Remove the screws on both side and top side of the side cover.

2. Remove the side cover in the direction of the arrow.

3. Remove the screws of the main board.

4. Remove the main board in the direction of the arrow.

Step1. Assemble the main board

1. Assemble the main boardin the direction of the arrow.

2. Tighten the 5 screws of main board.

3. Attach the side cover as the arrow indicates.

4. Tighten the 8 screws on both sides and top side of the side cover.

Step 1.Remove Shaft and plate module

1. Remove the screw of pulley of driven.

2. Remove the pulley of driven in the direction of the arrow.

3. Remove Shaft and plate module as the arrow indicates.

Step 2. Disassemble Shaft and plate module

1. Remove the screw of pulley of driven.

2. Remove the screws and label holder for sheet metal.

3. Disassemble Shaft and plate module in the direction of the arrow.

1. Attach the label holder for sheet metal in the direction of the arrow and tighten the screws.

2. Assemble Shaft and plate module as the arrows indicate.

3. Tighten th screw of pulley of driven.

1. Attach the Shaft and plate module as the arrows indicate.

2. Attach the pulley of driven a in the direction of arrow.

3. Tighten the screw of pulley of driven.

3-5-1 Disassemble dancer arm module
Step 1. Disassemble dancer arm module

1. Remove the 8 screws on both sides of the main bracket.

2. Remove the motor bracket and main board as the arrow indicates.

3. Remove dancer arm module as the arrow indicates

Dancer arm module is completely removed as the figure below indicates.

1. Assemble dancer arm module as the arrow indicates.

2. Attach motor bracket and main board in the direction of the arrow.

3. Tighten the 6 screws on both sides of main bracket.

Dancer arm module is completely assembled as the figure below indicates.

3-6-1 Disassemble v-belt
Step 1. Remove the v-belt from belt pulley in the direction of the arrow, as the figure below indicates.

Step 1. Attach the v-belt to belt-pulley as the arrow indicates.

(Note: Please adjust the torque value to appropriate value when attaching the v-belt.)

5. Download Tool
Step 1. After installing Programming Tool, the program is displayed at the screen, as the figure below

indicates.

Step 2. After executing the program, please select “ COM PORT ”, as the figure below indicates.

Step 3. Press “Connect” and switch on the rewinder simultaneously.

(Note: Depend on the computer setting of customers, the selection of “COM PORT” may differ.)

Step 4. A ”Connected” symbol is displayed, when the process is successful.

Press “APROM” to choose desired firmware.

(Please repeat the steps from 1~3, if the process is unsuccessful.)

Step 5. Select the desired firmware file

Step 6. The program begins updating immediately after pressing “Start” .

Step 7. Wait for the downloading process until the “PASS” symbol is displayed. The firmware is completely

updated.
