Purpose:
The following directive is aimed at establishing our independent base on Mercury
where US citizens will live. Mercury will be the United States base of economic interests
in space where we will mine and harness power. This is the preliminary step before we
establish our military base of operations against all other entities in the asteroid belt. It
also aims to disguise the purpose of our launches into LEO

Proposed Actions:
The plan will involve three phases:
1. Constructing our 3 main spaceships which will take people to Mercury in the L4
lagrange point of the Earth/Moon system
2. Reaching Mercury
3. Establishing a base of operations on Mercury and what it will do

Phase 1:
Using modified versions of the Falcon 9, which is a reusable rocket developed by Space
X for transport of materials/people into LEO and further. NASA has blueprints of the
Falcon 9 since Space X had to pass NASA’s fitness test to gain approval for its Falcon 9
in the past. We will use those blueprints to create reusable pods of our own.
Once they are created, we will start launching
