Planning. In this phase, the researchers were able to conceptualize the best
solution for energy conservation on covered sports courts.
Designing. The researchers conceptualized how the machine will become
more efficient. A proper selection of components was made based on the
function that contributed to the machine's efficacy.
Fabrication. In this step, the researchers fabricated the proposed machine
based on the design specifications. Assembled and integrated the electronic
components of the machine for the payment system and lighting control.
Initial Testing. In this phase, the researchers tested the fabricated machine
thoroughly and examined the effectiveness according to the design,
fabrication and functionality. These will allow the researchers to draw some
conclusions and insight to further improve and modify the machine.
Modification. In this phase, defects and malfunctions were adjusted by the
researchers. By addressing these defects, researchers aim to maintain the
reliability and accuracy of the machine,
Final Testing. The vending machine was installed to the court and tested to
its target market which is at Tandaay, Nabua, Camarines Sur covered court
Evaluation. In this stage, the researchers assess the machine’s efficiency and
effectiveness, explore their experiences, challenges faced, and suggestions
for improvement.

This is the proposed machine design of our study, on the center top part of
the front of the box is the coin selector, where coins are inserted and to be
recognized by the machine
The toggle switches serve as the selector switches so that the user can select
which part of the court to lighten up, either half court or whole court.
This toggle switch used to illuminate the right half side of the court, this is
for the left half court, and this toggle switch for the whole court.
