Offer Letter

Dear Vigneshwaran,

With reference to the interview conducted, we are very excited to offer you the position of Data
Engineer – SDE 1 in Amplicomm Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) and its growing and fast expanding
group of companies. Many Congratulations!

You would be required to start your full-time employment with our Company’s Bangalore office
latest by on 27th December 2023.

Your annual compensation would be approximately INR 7.2 Lakhs (Indian Rupees Seven Lakh and
Twenty Thousand only) further explained in Annexure 1. You will be bound by the policies framed by
the Company from time to time.

This employment is subject to satisfactory background verification and antecedent check. You will be
on probation for a period of 6 (six) months and the Company will carry out intermittent performance
evaluation and a formal assessment at the end of the said probation period.

The Company reserves the right to extend your probation period on the basis of performance
evaluation outcome, and at its sole discretion. During this probation period a notice period of 1
(one) month shall be applicable on either side. Post probation period the notice period shall be 90
(ninety) days applicable on either side.

Your employment will be subject to the transfer to any of the group companies, and even the
change in location, either on temporary or permanent basis.

Please confirm your acceptance of this offer by signing and returning this letter by 24th December
2023, along with the relieving letter/resignation mail confirmation of your current employment,
beyond which this offer will be treated as null and void. A detailed appointment letter shall be issued
to you upon your joining the Company and completing required joining formalities. This position
deals with a lot of confidential information, and you are expected to sign up a Non-Disclosure
Agreement (“NDA”) upon your joining and also to maintain complete confidentiality.

List of documents that you need to carry on your joining date or submit prior to your joining:

1. Signed copy of your resume.

2. Copy of all your education courses mentioned by you in your resume.
3. Copy of Relieving letter of your most recent / last employment.
4. Copy of your salary/annual Increment letter of your most recent / last employment.
5. Copy of salary slips of your most recent / last employment (consecutive last 3 (three)
months).
6. Copy of PAN card for TDS purpose.
7. Bank account details and 1 (one) cancelled cheque copy (for salary account purpose).
