1. Recorded that the Petitioner is not required to attend classes

and will be considered to have kept terms during A. Y. 2023-24
for 5th year (9th and 10th Semesters) BA LLB program.
2. Recorded that the Petitioner has paid full fees for A. Y. 2023-
24, BA LLB Program (9th and 10th Semesters).
3. Respondents to supply to the Petitioner, on or before ______
March 2024, requisite study material by email for 9th Semester
subjects internal examinations (50 marks).
4. Petitioner to submit assignment / projects for all 9th semester
internal examination subjects on or before ___ March 2024.
5. Respondents to permit the Petitioner to appear through Virtual
Mode for 9th Semester Mid-Term exam (20 marks) and Viva /
presentation internal examination on or before ____March
2024.
6. Respondents is directed to supply requisite study material (for
all subjects) by email for 10th Semester internal examinations
(50 marks) on or before ______ April 2024.
7. Petitioner to submit assignment / projects for 10th Semester
internal examinations subjects on or before ___ April 2024.
8. Respondents to permit the Petitioner to appear for 10 th
Semester for Mid-Term Exam (20 marks) and Viva /
presentation internal examinations for all subjects through
Virtual Mode on or before ____April 2024.
9. Respondents to permit Petitioner to appear and write 9 th and
10th Semesters examination (Final /End Sem Examination) of
the Petitioner as per the syllabus of university on or before
___, 2024.
10. The above Interim arrangement is without prejudice to the
rights and contention of all parties in the above referred
Petition.
