NOTE: We have taken the above rates while mentioning the Weight of
Silver in GMS.
 However the Final Weight of Silver will be REWORKED & the Final Silver which will
be given will be BASED ON THE PREVAILING PRICE OF Silver ON OUR DEALER
MEETING / PHYSICAL DISTRIBUTION DATE.
 If any Customer purchases more than the MIN QTY given above, company will
calculate the benefit on Proportionate basis & give Silver on Additional Quantity
purchased over & above the minimum Slab.
6. TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

a) Goods once sold / lifted, under this Scheme, will not be taken back.

b) Products other than the above will not be counted under this Scheme and will be given Normal
Cash Discount facility only.

c) Payment should be made by means of Electronic Transfer only.

d) PRICES APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF DISPATCH WILL BE CHARGED.

e) Company reserves the right to change the price of the product / packing any time without prior notice.

f) No other Quantity Discounts will be given, other than the above, on the above product
quantities, which are being lifted under this Scheme.
g) All Payments for the product Supplies made under this Scheme should be received within the Scheme
period above, that too, within the eligible sight period as per Company Policy, to be eligible for
the above Benefits.

h) All out standings of a party up to 31-03-2021 should be made Zero to be eligible for this Scheme.

i) UNDERSALE POINT: If any Dealer is selling the product below the Farmer Price announced by the
Company then the supply will be stopped & Penalty Debit Note of Rs.5000 to 10000 will be raised
on the dealer.
